If you know more than the textbook has taught you, don't be shy about telling us about it. It doesn't matter if the anatomical area is internal or external, or of the same or opposite gender as you. take a distance from it, the way a physician might. If you're shy about it, you'll find internal components to be easier to talk about than external ones.
