Neurotransmitter: It is the chemical pass from one neutron to the next and generate the signal against outer response. Signal pass to the brain and brain convert this signal into response signal.

Limited drug affect neurotransmitter and its forms. Some of the drugs such as endorphins and enkephalins respond to increase analgesic,decreased alertness, and slowed respiration.

Block or removal of the receptor can accumulate the signal chemical.

The mesotelencephalic dopamine system It is the pathway in which dopamine is moved from one part of the brain to the other.It helps in motivation and pressure situation. It’s also preventing from addiction.
