Answer 1:- Antibiotics are the type of medicine which mail used for treatment of bacterial infection. Some are highly specialized antibiotics which works against certain bacterial strain called narrow spectrum antibiotics while some work against wide range of bacterial strain called broad spectrum antibiotics.

Penicillin G (benzyl penicillin) bind and inactive the PBPs (penicillin binding proteins) which present at inner side of bacterial cell wall.
