NCBI - NATIONAL CENTER FOR BIOTECHNOLOGY INFORMATION.

NCBI is the part of USNLM( United States national library of medicines) and is located in Bethesda in 1988

RNA seq is a web application that enable users to visualize genome wide expression data from NCBI's SRA( sequence Read Archive) and GEOv(Genome expression omnibus) database.

The application provides an interactive data visualization in which users can filter gene by expectations level and gene type across the entire human genome or with single chromosome.
