Design a new experiment to test the properties of enzymes and substrates. Ideally, this should be done with the materials at hand – there are some other materials available, including lemon juice, milk, and coke. You won’t be conducting your experiment, but your proposal should be specific and accurate enough to be implemented.

the study could be about studying the enzymes in milk. you can conduct an experiement by squeezing lemon juice into the milk to make the conditions acidic and check the time it takes for the milk to curdle as the acidophilophilic enzymes will work to curdle the milk

in one study the volume of lemon juice added can be kept constant and the milk has to be checked at different time intervals. In the next experiment the time interval can be kept constant and the amount of lemon juice added can be changed.

An optimisation study can also be done to find the perfect volume of lemon juice required and then check it with different time intervals
