Answer #1

Answer-

Sexual reproduction is important for survival of organisms because it helps to produce variation in offsprings, sexual reproduction results in offsprings that carry half the genetic material from each parent show traits from both parents and each individual will be unique . Sexual diversity helps in adaptation of new species to environment and promotes advantageous genes over generations leading to natural selection and evolution over years . Sexual diversity also leads to decreased incidence of genetic diseases in populations when compared to asexual reproduction.

If this helps please give it a positive rating thank you!

Sexual and Asexual Reproduction. Reproduction is common to all life. Over the course of this semester we have discussed tradeoffs between the benefits and costs of asexual and sexual reproduction in various organisms. We also discussed some of the challenges in defining sexual reproduction. (C) Choose a second eukaryotic organism that we’ve talked about this semester, this time from kingdom Animalia or Protista.
