For forming the image of a live microbe in high resolution and in real time,atomic force microscope would be the best. Electron microbes can be used to view cells,microbes etc but when they are not alive. Brightfield microscope needs a strong source of light for magnification that may produce large amount of heat which might kill the live microbes,so this technique is not used to view live cells. Fluroscence microscope can be used to distinguish a dead microbe from a living microbe but is not the best microscope to view live microbes.
