MHC-Major histocompatibility molecules which are encoded gene polymorphic gene known in vertebrates. Pathogens play a key role in MHC-diversity. Low MHC is the result of selection of low Parasite diversity. In long term co-evolution, low diversity is caused by M.Incanus.Low MHC in diversity is caused by bottleneck events.

The species with low MHC diversity could have lost resistance alleles in such homogeneous population pathogens that will spread. Higher parasite loads are considered in this case.
