This fungus reproduces asexually through sporangia, which is spore-forming structures that are present at the tips of the hyphae. Spherical spores are formed during sexual reproduction.	Sac fungi reproduce asexually when conditions are suitable , then the sac fungi produces an enormous number of spores. These asexual spores are formed externally in long chains and clusters at the tips of specific hyphae. Sexually reproduction occurs, when the conditions become harsh,then the sac fungi produce an ascus. It is a saclike structure in which spores form during sexual reproduction.	Asexual reproduction is less common in club fungi. Spores are formed by sexual reproduction in club fungi. They produce spores in basidia on the underside of mushrooms.
