Avtinobacteria are high GC gram positive bacteria meaning this class has more ghan 60% of guanine and cytosine nucleotides .

2- frimicutes

Clostridium belongs to phylum frimicutes , which is gram positive , anaerobic , spore forming bacteria . Frimicutes are mostly found in the gut as resident flora and are involved in metabolism and energy functions.

3- actinobacteria

The phylum of actinomycetes in actino bacteria.

4- alpha proteobacteria.

There are 5 types of proteobacteria , alpha , beta , delta , gamma , epsilon . Alpha proteobacteria are gram Negative , live in less nutritional environment hence oligotrophs and includes other pathogenic bacteria such as chlamydia etc.
