You have aimed to develop a new drug that will target a kinase of your choice. Justify why you have chosen the kinase and how you will design the drug. Please keep in mind that kinases often have feedback signaling pathways.

Kinase enzyne is choosen as drug target as this is the enzyme which control several metabolic enzyme by phosphorylation. So if this enzyme is blocked by using specific Inhibitor then specific enzyme cannot be activated as it cannot phosphorylate enzyme. Kinase cause phosphorylation mostly at serine or therionine side OH functional group due to which it's aquire bulky negative charge and activate several metabolic Protein.

We use potential drug at different conc. And try to see it's inhibitory affect on activity of kinase enzyme by inhition of phosphorylation property.
