Alpha hemolysis : greenish zone around the growth, RBC are partial lysis

Beta hemolysis : A clear zone among the growth . RBC are completely hemolyzed .

Gamma hemolysis : No change around the growth . Blood is not hemolyzed .

The diffrence between susceptible or resistant bacterial pathogen can be distinguished by Blood agar .

Susceptibility can be distinguished by hemolysis of blood .
