Two mechanisms for B ell become activated
B cell is basically activated by binding of the specialized antigen to present receptor on surface area of the cell.after the binding B cells lead to divide and proliferation process.
Some stimulation of the B cell which is result into plasma cell which responsible to production of antibidies and B cell is stimulated in result of differentiation of plasma cell.
They has same output because they have humoral immunity components in adaptive immunity by releasing chemical substance called antibodies.

The type 4 hypersensitivity is differ from other three types because of it has a specific characteristics to cell mediated immunity response rather than three types.
It include the T cells for the development of sensitivity.
