Answer #1

Ans. During sperm-egg fusion/fertilization, sperm recognize and bind to the secondary follicle, and then after membrane of both gets fused. The protein present / fertilin on sperm binds to glycoprotein (carbohydrate + protein) of zona pellucid and then after protein of sperm membrane binds to proteins on secondary follicles. Then after membrane (lipid + protein) fuse.

So, during sperm-egg/secondary follicular binding, protein, carbohydrate and lipid biomolecules are involed.
