The first test was seems wrong because maternal IgM usually undergo class switching very soon. If there is an increased number of maternal IgA and IgG is present than this means that they are comming from maternal IgM so, this is not correct to have high level of IgM along.

The body antibody level increased when there is an infection or vaccination. Here, in his case this is possible that this person may undergo any vaccination or might suffering from any pathogen infection.

The results are clearly showing that the patient is suffering from some bacterial disease as three is an increase in IgG and A.

The patient can be checked for the several serological tests to diagnose the specific pathogen. The specific symptoms also need to be observed.
