Second provision- Prohibitions and procedure relating to importation. In this any weed seed will be there in vegetable seeds or any false labeling of that will be considered as misleading in any way.

Third provision- delegation of duties. In this any duties given to secretary of agriculture should be executed effect fully. Also they can make rules and regulations for effective enforcement.
