Soredia: It is a asexual reproductive body found in Lichens. They are simple knots of hyphae having a few number of algal cells. The soredia are just like a bud like structure found on the upper surface of the thallus. The structure of the soredia is made up of few algal cells having compactly arranged fungal hyphae.

Soralia: The more organized soredia present on localized region is known as Soralia. Soralia is button like small white area.
