Here the process is diffusion. When the cell was alive the toxins was not able to cross the membrane of the toxizone organelle. But as soon as the cell dies, the barrier become useless and toxin started to diffuse from higher concentration inside the organelles to outside the organelles where concentration of the toxin is lower. Diffusion always occur from higher to lower concentration of the solute until the concentration of the two side of the membrane become equal.
