Human females do lift their legs up while they are lying down immediately after having coitus. It makes the sperm not to fall out and most of the sperm is driven towards the uterus followed by towards fallopian tube.

It increases the chances of fertility because of most of the sperm is allowed to move towards egg cell.

This is very much useful for those couples in whom the sperm count is lesser than the normal.

Though this method looks weird it works efficiently
