a) Both biofilms and tissue are a group of cells organized to do a specific function. biofilm comprises any group of microorganisms stick together .

b) Both of them have an extracellular matrix.

c) Biofilms usually grow in harsh condition but tissue grows in normal condition and cannot bear harsh conditions

d) Tissue collectively form an organ. Biofilms don't form such organs.

e)The cells within a biofilm can leave the fold and establish themselves on a new surface. Tissues can,t do that.
