1)XYY karyotype is present in some (rare)men who are born with this genetic disorder ,also known as Jacob's syndrome.These kind of anomalies can be detected in foetal life by amniocentic studies or gene mapping studies after birth .Such persons are usually taller than the normal height of their age ,Hypotonia and impaired learning abilities can be seen .

2)XXX karyotype is found in patients with this kind of genetic disorder. In a normal female XX is present out if which only one remains functional and other is barr body -lyon's hypothesis ,this is why often XXX condition may sometimes go unnoticed .Amniocentic chromosomal studies can help diagnose this in embryonic life or psychological symptoms may be noted upon to look for it .
