These cells are formed in bone marrow and mature in bone marrow.
B cells produce antibodies.

CD4 cells have CD4 marker. These are a type of T cell.
They help in inducing immune response.
Capable of recognizing classII MHC molecules.
These are formed in bone marrow and mature in thymus.

CD8 cells have CD8 marker.
They are cytotoxic in nature.
Capable of recognizing classI MHC molecules.
These are formed in bone marrow and mature in thymus

In HIV infections, CD4 cells are under attack by the virus.
