Answer #1

The Gave's disease is caused when the body forces the thyroid glands to produce thyroid hormone in amounts more than what is needed by the body. This leads to an array of problems in the patients, even affecting how the heart works.

In order to cure this disease or provide a long-term relief to the patient, the removal of soem of the thyroid cells is the best option. Removal of some of these cells will bring down the levels of the thyroid hormone providing relief to the patient.

One of thr typial treatment plans for this disease which already exists is the includes the thyroid surgery. During this surgey the entire thyroid galnd is removed. And the patient has to take thyroid medicines for life to avoid hypothyrodism.
