These recreated pools will fail because:

• The vernal pools provide habitats which are necessary for wildlife species' breeding. Most of the Amphibian species like salamanders and frogs complete their life cycle in vernal pools.

• Replacement or loss of vernal pools may cause harm to many Amphibian species like salamanders, frogs, turtles, shrimps because they depend on vernal polls in order to reproduction and survival. It may cause loss of biodiversity and food availability for carnivorous animals due to the replacement of vernal pools.

• Under the NRPA or National Resources Protection Act, significant vernal pools are protected. Hence, unreasonable replacement of vernal pool should be avoided.
