The life cycle of babesia involve 2 host ,which include a rodent ,peromyscus leucopus and a tick .AT the time of blood meal babesia infected tick introduce sporozoites in to mouse host sporozoite enter erythrocytes and under go asexual reproduction.in blood some parasite differentiate into male and female gamate .the definitive host is tick once ingested by tick .gamete unite and undergo sporogonic cycle and results in sporozoites.human enter the cycle when bitten by the infected tick .symptom consists of mild to moderate illness characterized by gradual onset of malaise and fatigued followed by intermittent fever ,chills headache. Sore throat ,abdominal pain etc.and this symptoms are cause due to asymptomatoc infection and .red blood cell modification etc.
