In Science experiments, it is very important to consider controlled variables so that there is only ONE independent variable and ONE dependent variable. We “control the variables” by making anything else that could change during the experiment into a constant. For example, if you are doing an experiment to find out what material can hold more water, then it is important to make sure all the materials you are testing are the same size, the experiment is happening at the same temperature, with the same amount of water, etc. In 2-3 complete sentences, explain why controlled variables are so important to an experiment.
it is very important to consider controlled variables you could only change one manipulated/independent variable to confirm what caused changes in responding/dependent variable.
The main aim of a controlled variable is to maintain all conditions as similar as possible between 2 subjects except for the independent variable. Controlled variables makes it easier to reproduce an experiment and setup relation between dependent and independent variables.
