We know that the cells in plants are pleced adjacent to each other. Each cell are separated through cell wall but communication between them occurs with the help of special pores Called plasmodesmata.

Plasmodesmata helps in exchange of cytoplasmic exchange between the two cells. Plasmodesmata is a hole present in the cell wall of plant cell and are present in two cell , also lined in plasma membrane.

So the structure helps in communication between two cell in plants is called plasmodesmata.
