As it is an sex linked recessive disorder than it means that both the allels of X should be affected.(XHXH) but males are hemizygous they have only one X chromosome so they will be affected in this situation (XHY).

Here it is given that women in unaffected and male also unaffected but they are having two child who are affectes.It is only possible when the women is a carrier (XHX).There will be 25% chances of their child being affected and that too will be a son and 25% chance of their daughter being a carrier.
