The American pika conservation is not necessary. These animals wre known to acts as the signals for the global warming as they couldn't withstand high temperatures and move to higher elevations. But the recent studies have found that the American pikas are becoming adaptable to the high temperatures, and thus, can no loger be a reliable indication of global warming. Moreover, the pikas prove to be dangerous for the hikers as they attack them by accumulating in large numbers.
