4. Specimen probably has a prokaryotic cell since it lacks nucleus and mitochondria. Prokaryotes don't have the nucleus as well as membrane bound cell organelles like Golgi apparatus, mitochondria etc.

5. Leaves are green because they contain a pigment known as the chlorophyll whereas roots don't have this pigment. Since leaves are involved in the process of photosynthesis they have this pigment whereas roots don't perform photosynthesis so they lack chlorophyll.
