Virus bacteria

They are about 200-250 nm in size They are about 1000 nm in size
No cell wall presence of a protein coat cell wall is made of peptidoglycan
No cell they are unicellular

Similarities:

1) absence of nucleus in both virus and bacteria

2) Both have genetic material bacteria possess DNA while virus may have DNA or RNA

3) They both are virulent.
