A keto diet is a very low​-carb diet with numerous health benefits. It is originated as a treatment for epilepsy, a CNS disorder in which brain activity becomes abnormal, causing seizures. Keto diets can lead to dramatic weight loss under low budget. The main purpose of keto diet is to get more calories from protein and fat and less from carbohydrates and mechanisms related to the keto diet is its ability to reduce hunger. It gives numerous health benefits so it is highly recommended .
