The ABO blood group system is based on antigen H and its variants.
In Blood group O, the variant antigens A and B are absent. Only H antigen is present on RBCs.

A variant of blood group O is called "Bombay Blood Group" in which antigen H is also absent from RBCs.

The Rh antigen was first identified in Rhesus monkey and hence the name. The antigen D when present will make it makes Rh positive test. Hence in Negative blood the D antigen will be absent.

Conclusion - An O Rh Negative person will have only 'H' antigen on its RBC.
