Advantages:

these enzymes are rapidly available in Laboratories or production companies.

due to high availability most of these enzymes is less as compared to other enzymes.

the sequence this enzymes have more chances to occur in DNA.

these enzymes are less reactivewith other components.

Disadvantage:

Both recognizes 6 base pair palindromic sequences, so the chances of occur in the sequence is one after 4096 nucleotides.

we can say that they have availability of sequences but the chances in the short DNA is very.

the availability for the sequences are only for long DNA.

they both produce stickiness and demand of blunt end cannot be fulfilled by these enzymes.

A circular plasmid of 6.0 kB was cleaved with the restriction enzymes EcoRI, BamHI and PstI.  Cleavage with each enzyme alone gave a single band of 6.0 kB for BamHI and PstI, and a single band of 3.0 kB for EcoRI.  When BamHI and PstI were used together for the digest, bands of 1.5 and 4.5 were observed, and when BamHI and EcoRI were used together only the 3.0 kB band was observed.  What do you predict will be the pattern generated by...
