Heriditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer(HNPCC)/Lynch Syndrome is an inherited tumor predesposing condition by mutation in mismatch repair( MMR) genes. It is autosomal dominant genetic condition that have high risk of colon cancer and other cancers too like endometrial, ovry stomach small intestine hepato biliary tract, upper urinary tract, brain and skin.
