C.All cells came from a preexisting cell.

D.All cells have a nucleus housing the DNA.

Homework Answers

Answer #1

After reading some books, I think :

The correct answer is option B.) Every living organism is composed of one or more cells. and option C.) All cells came from a preexisting cell because we all know that cell is the unit of life, naturally, option b is quite obvious and in case of option c it is right because of the cell division, by this it is proved that All cells came from a preexisting cell.

Other options are wrong because :

i)In the case of option A,) it is wrong because only plant cells have a cell wall, animal cells don't have a cell wall

ii)In the case of option D)it is wrong because of only eukaryotic cells a nucleus and within the nucleus DNA present. In the case of prokaryotic cells have a nucleoid, DNA present in the nucleoid.
