I think it is asking about ATP usage by cells.

ATP usage depends on the demand and need of the body. If it is doing a strenoust exercise then ATP will be used more...more ATP will be needed then the body will do anaerobic respiration as supply of oxygen will also decrease.

If doing yoga body does aerobic respiration. So demand of ATP is met by aerobic respiration.

So, ATP used depends on the type of exercise done by the body and need of ATP by the body at that moment.
