Critical thinking and clinical judgment are indeed inter related or simply in other words, critical thinking is the only way possible to make some clinical judgements on the whole. In this regard, it has to be observed that critical thinkers usually analyse how their decisions and actions actually get to influence the team and this thought process can make the leaders to be keen about their actions with which some clinical judgement can take place for the overall benefit of the team on the whole.
