Answer #1

Migration ( gene flow) affects the inbreeding in sub-population or deme in such a way that increases the inbreeding because when migration occurs in demes then this subpopulation become even more small and no more heterogeniticity is left thereby individulals in such a reduced population inbreed which gives less adaptable progengy with high homogeniticity and less allelic diversity which further goes towards decline population.

Genetic drift also affects in the same way in Demes where population get smaller and smaller due to sudden loss of genetic variant from the gene of of that sub-population (demes).
