These process can change the cell surface phenotype as well as the cell viability which ultimately contribute to the intracellular cell metabolism.The sample preparation process requires a significant degree of optimization, is laborintensive and can be affected by a host of potentially confounding variables likes loss of cell population , rare cell , dilution etc.
