What is Hachimoji DNA and RNA like system? How’s this discovery important to molecular genetics field? please explain?

Answer #1

hanchimoji DNA system or RNA system has 8 nucleotide instead of 4 and hence form 4 orthogonal pairs. These system have synthetic nucleotide which meets the requirement of Darwin evolution, which include thermodynamic stability, polyelectrolyte backbone, stero regelar buiding blocks whuch fit the Schondinger aperiodic crystal. Whwn the thermodynamic parameters were measured it showed stability of the hanchimoji duplex and hence allowing the hanchimoji dna to increase the information of natural dna.

Now when this dna is transcribe it gives rise to hanchimoji rna which is in a fluroscent hanchimoji aptamer. This discovery a scope in the field of molecular genetics  that there might have molecular structures that migh support life throught out the cosmos

Illustrate the amino acid sequence of the resulting polypeptide using the genetic code. *Please follow proper directionality of both the RNA strand and the polypeptide. Indicate clearly and label correctly the ends of the molecules mentioned. What is/are the characteristic feature/s of the resulting polypeptide based on the viral DNA sequence given?
