Explain the phenomenon that Enzymatic reactions in metabolic pathways require lower activation energy as compared to the same reaction happened in vitro conditions. Cite examples to support your answer.

The enzymatic reaction are more faster than non enzymatic reactions. And the enzymatic reaction have less activation energy when compared to non enzymatic one.

And the one of the enzyme mediated one is the formation of carbonic acid. (water and carbondioxide combines to form carbonic acid in presence of enzyme carbonic anhydrase- inside the human body).

[Because the enzyme have the active site where the reactant molecule bind, and the enzyme induces a change in molecules which lowers the activation energy of substrate]
