2. RNA-induced silencing complex is a multiprotein complex that incorporates the siRNA and miRNA to the RNA and silence the RNA. It uses the siRNA and miRNA as a template to bind to the complementary RNA and when it finds the complementary RNA it cleaves the RNA.
