Answer=if mitosis occurs in an uncontrollable manner in body it causes things like mutations or cancers because cancerous cells go through rapid cell divisions and do develop in the same way that healthy cell develops.

A group of cells forms called tumor.Tumor is a mass of undifferentiates cells not normally found in certain portion of the body.these are 2 types.

1.Benign -is mass of cell that does not fragment & spread beyond its original area of growth.

2.Malignant -these tumors are non encapsulated growth of tumor cells that are harmfull.they may spread or invade other parts of the body.
