You are the coroner investigating the sudden death of a seemingly healthy young man who is found dead at his home. Consider the three essential elements of the death investigation which will provide information about the death, the history, the scene and the body. How will you conduct this investigation? Describe what you would do for each of the three parts of the investigation and why. How will this information allow you to answer the 5 questions that have to be answered (Who? How? Where? When? By what means?) and how will it allow you to make recommendations to prevent similar deaths?
Ans:- the sudden death can be caused because of heart failure the first preference will be to investigate any familial background of heart attacks and also any earlier case of heart stroke, in the second step if familail heart failure problems are observed then post mortem analysis would be carried out to check whether the death is really caused by the heart attack and confirmation will be done. If in case heart attack is not the reason of sudden death then we will be investigating the presencce of ny toxic chemical in and around the death body.
to prevent such sudden deaths public awareness would be very beneficial.
