Ii) they also have distinct protein synthesis mechinary, thermophiles bacteria contain temperature sensitive gene that are express only at high temperature. Besides these microbes also contain heat shock protein that are helps microbes to grow high temperature.

Iii) Thermophiles Microbes contain a unique type I DNA topoisomerase that cause positive supercoiling and provide DNA stabilization.
