One of the fundamental difference between stem cells and differentiated cells is, the stem cells are unspecialized. They do not have any tissue specific structures that allowed it to perform particular functions. For example, a stem cell cannot work with its surroundings to pump blood through the body (like a heart muscle cell), and it cannot carry oxygen molecules through the bloodstream (like a red blood cell).

Lifting one straight leg to the anterior with the knee locked is an example of class third lever. In class third lever, force is present between load and fulcrum. Thus, in lifting leg straight, the fulcrum will be at the hip and load will be at the toes.
