Spermatogenesis occur in the seminiferous tubule of the sertoli cells of the testis at puberty . They are transported by rete testis to epididymis where they acheive the motility and maturity . They are then transported through the vas deferens. Then the seminal vesicles which contribute 60% to the seminal secretions and fructose . Following , the prostate glands add to their secretions followed by bulbourethral glands . This is then ejaculated into the female genital tract.
