Negative feedback inhibition refers to the metabolic control mechanism in which the output of the process triggers like a input in order to control the activity of the process. In other words, the product of the metabolic reactions inhibit the enzymatic activity.In cellualr respiration,ATP produced at the end of the reaction ,allosterically inhibit the some of the enzyme activity of the cellular respiration.The signal transduction, covalent modification,hormonal and genetic metabolic control is regulated by the negative feedback (the product of the process feeds back to regulate their own production).

2.2 ATP

The aerobic glycolyis process occuring in cytosol causes the conversion of two glucose into two molecules of pyruvate along with 2 NADH and the two molecules of the ATP.
