What is the principal mechanisms of HIV infection? and what is the pathogenesis of HIV? please answer me quickly :)

Hiv infect on our body immune system and mostly T- helper cell . This virus attached to our body's t-helper cells it self and then it fuse with that cell. After this fusion it take a control of DNA of that cell and release a HIV into blood. Thus t-helper cell act as a factory of HIV.

Pathogenesis of HIV.

This virus has a several steps of pathogenesis. That must to virus cause a several disease in the host. One of the mechanism of that HIV weaks to our immune system by infecting to helper t cell. And that leads to a many several disease is occurring like a animia, weakness, flu, decrease of weight and many other symptoms occurs. Hiv attach to Protein of cell and gain entry in the cell. This pathogenesis is step by step.
